How much does Taglem cost?
Signing up is free and there is no subscription. Every booking shows the net price, the platform fee and your margin before you confirm.
When can I book?
You can sign in as soon as you sign up. Bookings open once our team has checked your ID, your business registration (for agencies) and your bank details.
How do I top up my wallet?
By Wave, Orange Money, MTN MoMo, card, cash or bank transfer, depending on what is offered in your country.
What if the ticket is not issued?
If the supplier refuses, the money goes back to your wallet at once. If it does not answer clearly, the money stays reserved and our team finishes the booking.
How does my client get their ticket?
Through a WhatsApp link to their travel documents, as a PDF, or printed on A4 or a receipt printer.
Can I have sub-agents?
Yes, if you are an agency. You open their accounts, fund their wallets and set their limits and your fees.
Is my data protected?
Your clients stay yours. You can turn on two-step sign-in, with a code sent on WhatsApp or by email.
